Our Story

Cape Cod Events was founded by veterans Wendy Rappazzo and Ami Milano. Together, we provide a premier event solution for the Cape and South Coast. With 40+ years of experience, we have seen the good, the bad and the ugly; we navigate them all with a smile!

We want to help you envision your dream so you can relax while we manage the details. You should be a guest at your own event and enjoy all the hard work that you put into it. We're here to make your guests feel like they are part of the story.

We have service options for events small and large. Some planning requires a year or more while others can happen in a few days. We will walk you through your wants and needs before settling on the plan to create an effortless and polished look.

Gourmet

While many venues have onsite planners to help you with your day their focus is limited to the parameters of the venue, we are 100% focused on you. If you need us, we are a text, email or call away anytime from the consultation to the end of your event. Leave the details to us.

A la Carte

starting at $750

includes day of coordination

Have you started the process of planning your event and now realize that it is more than you have time for? We can pick the details, plan the timeline, and get to the event without missing a beat. Also includes onsite visits, vendor contract review, and event set up.

On the Fly

starting at $400

day of staffing is available

Your event is less than a month away, you think you have it all but just need the loose ends tied up. This package includes one onsite visit to help with lay out, guest flow, time line, and the finer details. We will review all vendor contracts etc.

Take Out

starting at $100

up 4 hours of emails and calls

You want to do it all but need some help so you don't miss a thing? We can help create an action plan or finalize the details to ensure nothing is missed. All meetings will be virtual through email, text or calls. Perfect for your at home party.
